数字正义视域下智慧戒毒与信息应用的功能路径研究

将智慧化、信息化创新技术与戒毒工作深度融合,推动戒毒工作与国家治理、社会治理同步实现现代化,已成为新形势下亟待解决的重大课题。虽然一些地方予以实践,但智慧戒毒在当前仍属新兴事物,对于戒毒程式开发也属初级阶段,该如何循序渐进拓展智慧戒毒功能板块,仍是当前数字化进程的重难点所在,包括智慧戒毒信息来源、信息流程、信息监测等问题,都需要在数字正义的理念与原则下,重新解构、设计、组合、完善。不仅是现代技术与戒毒环节的结合,更是智慧戒毒带来模式与规则的转变,从以往人工操作方式到当前自动化模式出现,从以往经验判断到当前数字量化评估,从以往传统习惯规则到新技术规则体系构建等,这些新的变化均需要被考虑与研究。

It has become a major issue to be solved urgently under the new situation to deeply integrate intelligent,information-based innovative technology and drug treatment work,and promote the modernization of drug treatment work,national governance and social governance.Although some places have put it into practice,intelligent drug treatment is still a new thing at present,and the development of drug treatment programs is also at the primary stage.How to expand the functional blocks of intelligent drug treatment step by step is still the key and difficult point in the current digital process,including the source of intelligent drug treatment information,information flow,information monitoring and other issues,which need to be deconstructed,designed,combined and improved under the concept and principle of digital justice.It is not only the combination of modern technology and drug treatment,but also the transformation of patterns and rules brought by intelligent drug treatment.From the past manual operation mode to the current automatic mode,from the past experience judgment to the current digital quantitative evaluation,from the past traditional customary rules to the construction of new technical rule system,these new changes need to be considered and studied.
