Thoughts on Improving the Quality of the Personnel Training for the Judicial Administrative Drug Rehabilitation Policeman——Based on the Requirement of Unified Basic Model

根据统一模式工作的内在要求,在职培训应不断促进队伍专业化、规范化,提升科学精准戒治水平,以帮助戒毒人员戒除毒瘾。通过对福建省520名司法行政戒毒民警的在职培训需求开展问卷调查并进行分析,探索统一模式下提升在职培训质量的对策。

According to the inherent requirement of the unified basic model of judicial administrative drug rehabilitation work,personnel training should promote the professionalization and standardization of the police force and improve the level of treatment work,so as to help addicts kick the addiction.This paper conducted a questionnaire survey and analyzed the personnel training needs of the 520 judicial administrative drug rehabilitation policemen in Fujian Province,and explore the countermeasures to improve the quality of personnel training under the unified basic mode.
