Exploration on Constitutional Jurisprudence Curriculum Reform Lead by Xi Jinping Ideology of Rule by Law

培养造就德法兼备的高素质法治人才是实现党的二十大报告提出的“坚持全面依法治国,推进法治中国建设”目标的需要。“宪法学”作为基础性法学学科,理应回应新时代新征程下中国式现代化法治国家建设对德法兼备高素质法治人才需求的关切,通过多样化教学手段、多元化评价机制,克服传统教学的不足,发挥高校作为法治人才培养第一阵地的作用。

It is necessary to cultivate high-quality legal talents with both morality and law to achieve the goal of adhering to the comprehensive rule of law and promoting the construction of China under the rule of law put forward in the report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.As a basic law discipline,Constitutional Jurisprudence course should respond to the concerns of the construction of a modern Chinese path to modernization rule of law country under the new era and new journey about the demand for high-quality legal talents with both morality and law,improve the shortcomings of traditional teaching through diversified teaching methods and diversified evaluation mechanisms,and play the role of colleges and universities as the first position for training legal talents.
