摘要
针对叶巴滩大坝砂石骨料输送问题,分析了国内外深槽型带式输送机应用情况,通过DEM仿真方法验证了采用深槽型带式输送机进行砂石骨料半成品大倾角输送的可行性,确定采用深槽型带式输送机替代通用带式输送机,并根据GB/T 36698—2018确定输送带、驱动装置、拉紧装置等系统主要部件的配置,实现砂石骨料大倾角输送,大幅度减少了系统设备和运维工作量,可为水电工程类似项目提供参考。
Aiming at the problem of transporting semi-finished sand and gravel aggregate in Yebatan Dam,this paper analyzed the application of deep trough belt conveyor at home and abroad,and verified the feasibility of using deep trough belt conveyor to transport semi-finished sand and gravel aggregate at large inclination angle through DEM simulation method.It was determined that using deep trough belt conveyor to replace the general belt conveyor.According to GB/T 36698-2018,the configuration of the main components of the conveyor belt,drive device,tensioning device and other systems had been verified,which realized conveying sand and gravel aggregate at large inclination angle,greatly reduced the workloads of system equipment and operation and maintenance,and could provide a reference for similar projects in hydropower projects.
