Research and application of waste heat recovery and utilization technology for mine air compressor

摘要 针对螺杆式矿用空压机热能浪费的问题,提出了余热回收制备洗浴热水的技术方案。结合伯方矿空压机使用情况,研究了余热利用的可行性,设计了余热回收利用工艺。应用结果表明,该技术每天可制备洗浴热水约316 t,年节约费用73万元,年减排CO_(2) 2367 t,取得了良好的经济和社会效益。 In view of the problem of heat energy waste in screw air compressor,a technical scheme of preparing bath hot water by waste heat recovery was proposed.Combined with the use of air compressor in Bofang coal mine,the waste heat recovery and utilization process was designed by studying the feasibility of waste heat utilization.The application results showed that the technology could produce about 316 t bath hot water every day,saved 730000 yuan of annual cost and reduced CO_(2) emission by 2367 t per year,which had achieved good economic and social benefits.
