摘要
以喷雾干燥制备为主要工艺手段,探究单体浓度、中和度、引发剂、交联剂以及反应温度对吸水树脂产品性能的影响,主要考察对去离子水及生理盐水的吸收倍率,确定了丙烯酸单体占反应体系质量65%,中和度70%,引发剂过硫酸钾占反应体系质量0.45%,内交联剂N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺占反应体系质量0.035%,反应温度140℃的最佳工艺参数,去离子水吸水倍率到达713g/g,生理盐水吸水倍率达到35g/g。
Taking spray drying preparation as the main process method,the effects of monomer concentration,neutralization degree,initiator,crosslinking agent and reaction temperature on the performance of water-absorbent resin products were explored,and the absorption rate of deionized water and normal saline was mainly investigated.The optimal process parameters were:Based on the mass of total reaction system,the concentration of monomer acrylic acid was 65%,the degree of neutralization was 70%,the concentration of initiator potassium persulfate was 0.45%,the concentration of internal crosslinking agent N,N-methylenebisacrylamide was 0.035%,and the reaction temperature was 140℃,the index parameters can reach the deionized water absorption rate of 713g/g,and the physiological saline water absorption rate of 35g/g.
