摘要
目的:研究葛根浸膏粉及其与磷酸氢钙、微晶纤维素、一水乳糖、糊精、预胶化淀粉的混合粉吸湿数学模型的适应性。方法:采用Origin 2021软件绘制各中药粉体的吸湿曲线,并使用该软件分析模块对曲线进行6种吸湿数学模型的拟合,以相关系数(R2),残差平方和(RSS)和赤池信息准则(AIC)值为指标,对6个吸湿数学模型进行了适应性评价。结果:葛根浸膏粉及其与磷酸氢钙、微晶纤维素、糊精的混合粉的吸湿过程的双指数模型最佳,一级过程模型次之,而葛根浸膏粉与一水乳糖和预胶化淀粉的混合粉吸湿曲线一级过程模型拟合的最佳,其余4种数学模型适应性均较差。结论:双指数模型与一级过程模型对拟合中药浸膏粉及其与辅料的混合粉吸湿过程具有较好的适应性。比较该方程参数平衡吸湿率可知,一水乳糖改善葛根浸膏粉的吸湿性效果最好。
Objective:To study the adaptability of the moisture absorption mathematical model of pueraria extract powder and its mixed powder with calcium hydrogen phosphate,microcrystalline cellulose,lactose monohydrate,dextrin and pre-gelatinized starch.Method:Origin 2021 software was used to draw the moisture absorption curves of different medicine powder,and its analysis module was used to conduct curve fitting of 6 moisture absorption mathematical models.With related coefficient(R2),Residual Square Sum(RSS)and Akaike information criterion(AIC)value as indexes,the adaptability evaluation of 6 moisture absorption mathematical models was conducted.Result:The dual-index model of moisture absorption process of pueraria extract powder and its mixed powder with calcium hydrogen phosphate,microcrystalline cellulose and dextrin was optimal,followed by the primary process model.The fitting of primary process model of moisture absorption curves of pueraria extract powder and its mixed powder with lactose monohydrate and pre-gelatinized starch was optimal,while the adaptability of the other 4 mathematical models was relatively poor.Conclusion:The dual-index model and the primary process model have good adaptability for fitting the moisture absorption process of traditional Chinese medicine powder and its mixed powder with excipients.It can be known that lactose monohydrate performs the best in improving the moisture absorption of pueraria extract powder by comparing the equation parameter of equilibrium moisture absorption rate.
