摘要
新中国成立后,随着国民经济的恢复与发展,杭州的城市蔬菜供应存在供应不足、季节性紧张以及质量低等问题。为此,该市采取了多种举措完善城市蔬菜供应:首先,确立了“郊区为城市服务”的方针,稳固菜田面积;其次,积极推动郊区合作化以解决蔬菜生产所需的资金、技术等问题;最后,通过全国试验场网络,试种蔬菜新品种以完善蔬菜供应结构。这些举措有效改善了城市蔬菜供应,不仅供应数量大幅增长,全年供应时间延长,而且供应种类日益丰富,为此后城市蔬菜供应的进一步改善奠定了基础。
After the founding of the People's Republic of China,with the recovery and development of the national economy,the urban vegetable supply in Hangzhou encountered problems such as insufficient supply,seasonal tension and low quality.To this end,the city took a variety of measures to improve the city's vegetable supply.Firstly,it established the policy of“suburban service for the city”to stabilize the area of vegetable fields.Secondly,city authorities actively promoted suburban cooperation to solve the problems of capital and technology needed for vegetable production.Finally,through the national network of experimental sites,new varieties of vegetables were tested to improve the vegetable supply structure.These measures effectively improved the supply of vegetables in cities.Not only did the supply increase significantly,but also the supply time was extended throughout the year,and the supply types became increasingly rich.All of that laid the foundation for further improvement of urban vegetable supply.
