Driven by digital technology,it is difficult for the safety management mode of China's engineering construction industry to effectively solve problems such as safe production and safety services of enterprises,and the pace of transformation of engineering safety management must be accelerated against the background of gradual maturity of digital technology.With the development of science and technology,new technologies,new materials and new techniques are constantly pouring into social life,the scale of engineering projects is getting bigger and bigger,their forms are getting more and more complicated,and the subjects involved are getting more and more diversified,which makes the problems of timeliness,co-ordination and coordination of engineering projects more and more prominent.Based on the digital background,this paper discusses the importance of the effectiveness of engineering project management and the corresponding countermeasures,hoping to provide a reference basis for the decision-making of relevant departments and the development of the construction industry.
