智能高层建筑恒仁华府雷击风险评估及雷电防护设计

摘要 雷电灾害带有自然和社会双重属性,灾害带来的风险一直都存在,所以雷击风险评估对雷击的风险管理具有重要意义。恒仁华府是郴州市北湖区南岭植物园以西的一座为22层,高度89.9m的智能高层建筑物。本文主要参照国际电工委员会标准防雷系列,通过对恒仁华府所在气象环境雷暴活动特征分析,提取了雷击灾害风险评估的参数,对恒仁华府进行了雷击风险评估计算,确定恒仁华府存在的雷击风险。据此,对大楼进行了系统的外部防雷设计和内部防雷设计,其外部防雷设计内容包括大楼的接闪器、引下线和基础接地网的设计以及防侧击雷设计;内部防雷设计包括大楼的等电位连接、综合布线、共用接地系统的设计以及大楼配电线路上的浪涌保护器(SPD)的设计。 Lightning disasters have both natural and social attributes,and the risks brought by disasters have always existed,so lightning risk assessment is of great significance to the risk management of lightning strikes.Hengren Huafu is a 22-storey,89.9-meter-tall intelligent high-rise building west of Nanling Botanical Garden in Beihu District,Chenzhou City.This paper mainly refers to the IEC standard lightning protection series,through the analysis of the characteristics of thunderstorm activity in the meteorological environment where Hengren Washington is located,the parameters of lightning disaster risk assessment are extracted,and the lightning risk assessment calculation is carried out on Hengren Washington to determine the lightning strike risk in Hengren Huafu.According to this,the external lightning protection design and internal lightning protection design of the building were carried out,and the external lightning protection design content included the design of the building's flasher,down conductor and foundation grounding network,as well as the design of anti-side lightning;The internal lightning protection design includes the building's equipotential connections,integrated wiring,the design of a common grounding system,and the design of surge protectors(SPD)on the building's distribution lines.
