摘要 随着国家新发展理念的提出,创新发展、绿色发展已成为目前各企业发展的重要方向和重要机遇。钢铁企业作为社会支柱企业之一,是能源消耗重点企业,近些年也一直不断地在提升效率,积极建设节能减排项目,如近年来出现的大量煤气发电机组,就是充分利用钢铁厂在生产过程中产生的大量的副产的气体燃料进行燃烧发电,不仅实现了节能减排、能源高效综合利用,而且对钢铁企业的生产成本降低、能源转换也具有非常重要的意义。钢铁企业副产的气体主要包括高炉煤气(简称BFG)、焦炉煤气(简称COG)和转炉煤气(简称LDG),用这些可燃气体进行燃烧发电就需要煤气锅炉,燃气锅炉与燃煤锅炉相比最大优势就是升降负荷快、设备少(无制粉、除渣等设备)、维护方便、操作灵活等,但同样也有其劣势,就是存在燃烧不稳定(煤气不稳定)、操作频繁、负荷波动大等问题。结合以上优劣势,文章提出了一种基于和利时DCS的煤气锅炉负荷优化及机炉协调的控制方案,该方案能够充分发挥其优势降低其劣势,并通过应用验证取得了一定成果。 With the proposal of the new national development concept,innovative development and green development have become important directions and opportunities for the development of enterprises.As one of the pillar enterprises in society and a key enterprise in energy consumption,iron and steel enterprises have been constantly improving efficiency in recent years and actively building energy-saving and emission reduction projects,such as a large number of gas generating units in recent years.They make full use of the gas fuel that are produced as by-products in the production process of iron and steel plants to burn and generate electricity,which not only realizes energy conservation and emission reduction,efficient and comprehensive energy utilization,but also reduces the production cost of iron and steel enterprises,Energy conversion is of great significance.The by-products of iron and steel enterprises mainly include blast furnace gas(BFG),coke oven gas(COG)and Linz-Donawitz process Gas(LDG).Combustible gases require gas boilers for combustion and power generation.Gas boilers have significant advantages over coal-fired boilers of fast load rise and fall,less equipment(no equipment for pulverizing and slag removal),convenient maintenance,flexible operation,etc.However,they also have drawbacks,such as unstable combustion(due to gas instability),frequent operation,and large load fluctuations.Combined with the above advantages and disadvantages,this paper proposes a control scheme based on Hollysys DCS for gas boiler load optimization and boiler turbine coordination,which gives full play to its advantages and reduces the impact of its disadvantages.Through application verification,certain results have been achieved,as described below.
