新型在线三相流量计的研制及现场应用

摘要 油田开发中,油气水三相流量的准确测量是计算含水率、气油比等关键参数的基础,也是制定油井增产措施及编制开发调整方案的重要依据。通过调研国内外三相流量计发展情况可以看出,目前市场上流量计以国外产品主导,由于多相流量检测技术瓶颈限制,尚没有较为知名的产品。在此背景下,新型在线三相流量计被研制出来,该产品能够在线实时检测气液流量,并通过与物联网技术的深度融合,通过数据采集和通讯传递,将数据以可视化的方式展示给用户。该产品下线后在国内某油田开展了现场试验,应用效果显示该产品具备较高的稳定性和复杂工况下的工作能力,能够满足油田各工况下流量测量需要,已具备在国内外油田扩大应用的条件。 In oilfield development,accurate measurement of oil-gas-water three-phase flow is the basis for calculating key parameters such as water cut and gas-oil ratio,as well as the important factor for formulating oil well stimulation measures and development adjustment plans.Through the investigation of the development of three-phase flow meter both domestically and abroad,we can see that foreign products currently dominate the market.However,due to the bottleneck of multiphase flow detection technology,there are no well-known products available.In response to this challenge,a new type of online three-phase flow meter has been designed and developed.This product can detect gas-liquid flow online and in real-time,and through its deep integration with the Internet of Things technology,data can be acquired and communicated to users in a visual format.After conducting field tests in a domestic oil field,the application results have demonstrated that this product exhibits high stability and the ability to work under complex conditions,meeting the flow measurement requirements of various oilfield working condition.As a result,it is now equipped to expand its application in both domestic and foreign oil fields.
