摘要
依托深圳地铁某车站工程,建立装配式车站建造成本的测算分析模型,分析矩形断面全现浇方案、矩形断面部分预制方案、矩形断面全预制方案和拱形断面全预制方案的车站建造成本,对比不同车站建造方案的成本差异,提出装配式车站的成本控制措施。与矩形断面全现浇方案相比,不同装配式车站方案测算造价增幅在11%~18%,车站整体造价增幅不大,且尚有优化空间。研究成果可促进装配式地铁车站的建造成本控制,为相关工程的建设提供参考依据。
Construction costs have become a key issue in the popularization and application of prefabricated subway stations.Based on a domestic subway station project,an analysis model was established to determine the construction cost of a prefabricated station.The construction costs of a full cast-in-place rectangular section scheme,partial prefabrication scheme with a rectangular section,full prefabrication scheme with a rectangular section,and full prefabrication scheme with an arched section were analyzed.The cost differences between different construction schemes were compared,and cost control measures for prefabricated stations were proposed.Compared with the full cast-in-place rectangular section scheme,the estimated cost increase of different prefabricated station schemes was approximately 11%–18%.The overall cost increase of the station was not significant,and there was room for optimization.The research results can promote construction cost control of prefabricated metro stations and provide a reference for the construction of related projects.
