介绍BIM机电在商业综合项目的应用要点,列举商业综合机电管线综合排布的关键点(难点)和BIM机电应用目标。阐述确定模型精度等级、项目样板标准、协同方式和协同标准的方法,以及按照“建筑提供基准、先主后次、由粗到细”分阶段协同建模、净高分析、关键节点(防火卷帘处、水暖井、电井、机房出口、电梯井、集水坑和洞口处)的模型检查和调整步骤、方法等;指出尽量利用综合支架降低施工成本,使用明细表进一步检查、细化管件,提高优化管线模型精度等举措。

This paper introduces the key points of HIM electromechanical application in commercial inte-grated projects,and lists the key points(difficulties)of the comprehensive layout of commercial integrated electromechanical pipelines and the application objectives of HIM electromechanical.This paper describes the method of determining the model accuracy level,project template standard,collaboration mode and collaboration standard,as well as the model inspection and adjustment steps and methods in accordance with the“building provides the benchmark,first major,then secondary,from the coarse to the fine”phased collaborative modeling,net height analysis,and key nodes(fire shutter,water heating well,electric well,engine room outlet,elevator shaft,sump and hole);It also points out that the comprehensive support should be used to reduce the construction cott as much as possible,the detailed list should be used to further check and refine the pipe fittings,and the accuracy of the optimized pipeline model should be improved.
