高职院校特色学生工作体系构建研究

Research on the construction of characteristic student work system tn higher vocational colleges

在习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的指引下,就如何围绕立德树人根本任务开展特色高职院校学生工作,不少高职院校、学者进行了大量有益的探索。通过学生工作具体实践,采用问题导向思路,针对高职院校学生工作突出问题,基于“三全育人”理念以党建创新为引领、创新创业教育为驱动,探索构建并实施了党建与创新教育、课上课下礼仪养成教育、校内校外家校融通教育三项融合工程为载体的特色学生工作体系,实现了“触底、摸高、有温度”的学生工作目标。

Under the guidance of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era,many colleges and scholars have conducted a lot of useful explorations on how to carry out the work of students in characteristic higher vocational colleges around the fundamental task of building morality and cultivating people.Through the specific practice of student work,the problem-oriented thinking is adopted,and the outstanding problems in the work of students in higher vocational colleges are targeted.Based on the concept of“three comprehensive education”,guided by party building innovation and driven by innovation and entrepreneurship education,the party building and innovation have been explored,constructed and implemented.The characteristic student work system based on the three integration projects of education,in-class and out-of-class etiquette development education,and on-campus and off-campus home-school integration education has achieved the student work goal of“touching the bottom,touching the heights,and having warmth”.
