汉藏翻译视野下青海藏语电视事业的发展与成就初探

The Development and Achievements of Tibetan Television Industry in Qinghai from the Perspective of Sino-Tibetan Translation

本文以实地考察和人物采访、采集数据为依据,就汉藏翻译视野下青海藏语电视事业的发展与成就进行了考察。青海藏语电视台是全国唯一使用藏语安多方言播出的上星频道,有效覆盖我国涉藏省区60%以上的地域面积,涉及8个藏族自治州,服务人口280多万。自1984年成立至今,青海藏语电视台坚守民族语主流媒体定位,自觉承担举旗帜、聚民心、育新人、兴文化、展形象的使命任务,以新闻翻译为主,致力传播党和国家方针政策、社会主义核心价值观、优秀民族文化,不断提升宣传、教育、引导、服务安多方言区群众的能力和水平。以“队伍专业化、栏目精品化、服务优质化”建设为抓手,以主流价值引领主流舆论,不断强化藏语主流媒体的责任担当。在大力宣传习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想及新时代党的治藏方略,铸牢中华民族共同体意识,促进各民族交往交流交融,促进社会和谐稳定,推动涉藏地区经济社会发展等方面发挥了积极的作用。

Based on field investigation,interviews and data collection,this paper discusses the development and achievements of Tibetan Television industry in Qinghai Province from the perspective of Chinese-Tibetan translation.Qinghai Tibetan-Language TV Station is the only channel in China that broadcasts in Amdo dialect of Tibetan language.It effectively covers more than 60 percent of Tibetan-related provinces and regions,eight Tibetan autonomous prefectural regions,and serves more than 2.8 million Tibetan-speaking people.Since its establishment in 1984,it has adhered to the positioning of mainstream media in ethnic languages,consciously undertaken the mission of raising the flag,gathering the hearts of the people,cultivating new people,promoting culture,and displaying its image.Focusing on news translation,it has been committed to disseminating the Party and national policies,core socialist values,excellent ethnic culture,and continuously improving the ability level of propaganda,education,guidance,and service for the people in the areas where Amdo dialect has been used.Focusing on the construction of professional teams,high-quality columns,and high-quality services",it has been leading mainstream public opinion with mainstream values,and continuously strengthening the responsibility ofTibetan mainstream media.
