油页岩残渣制备建筑陶粒的关键技术

摘要 目的 利用油页岩残渣制备建筑陶粒,确定油页岩残渣基建筑陶粒的最佳制备工艺。方法 研究油页岩残渣的各方面性能;利用油页岩残渣制备建筑陶粒。结果 通过实验得到,原始油页岩残渣中的硫元素含量比较高,油页岩残渣的熔点接近1 200℃,其平均粒径为25.66μm;保温过程对于油页岩残渣的外观形貌、化学元素分布没有明显的影响;在添加发泡物质的陶粒表面形成浅绿色的玻璃体外壳,且烧结温度越高、烧结时间越长玻璃体的量越多;随着烧结温度的升高,样品陶粒的密度先升高,后又小幅下降,烧结15 min时样品陶粒的密度最高。结论 确定1 025℃/15 min为利用油页岩残渣烧制混凝土陶粒的最佳工艺参数。 In order to use Oil shale residue manufacturing architectural ceramsite, the optimal manufacturing technology was studied.The properties of oil shale residue were studied by many ways.Architectural ceramsite was prepared by oil shale residue.The experimental results show that the content of sulfur in the original oil shale residue is relatively high, and its melting point close to 1 200 ℃,its average particle size is 25.66 μm.Heat preservation process has no obvious effect on the appearance, and chemical element distribution of oil shale residue.A light green glass shell is formed on the surface of the ceramsite after adding foaming substance, and the higher sintering temperature or the longer sintering time, the more amount of glass.With the increase of sintering temperature, the density of ceramsite samples first increased and then decreased slightly.The density of ceramsite samples is the highest when sintered for 15 min.It is determined that the best technology for manufacturing architectural ceramsite by oil shale residue is 1 025 ℃ for 15 min.
