生物填料强化磷酸盐还原系统的去除效果研究

摘要 目的 研究基于有机填料和固体吸附填料的磷酸盐还原系统除磷效果,探究不同条件下系统TP去除效率。方法 以玉米芯和硅藻土作为生物强化填料处理市政污水,以磷酸盐去除率和磷化氢产生量为指标,通过试验对比不同填料下的磷酸盐还原系统的处理能力。结果 发现玉米芯反应器的最佳运行温度为28℃,硅藻土最佳运行温度为31℃;两种反应器均适用于弱碱环境,最佳pH环境为7.5~8.0;粒径为8 mm的玉米芯填料与硅藻土填料具有最好的除磷能力和磷化氢产量;玉米芯与硅藻土填料生物强化反应器最佳搅拌速率为30 r/min,玉米芯填料生物强化反应器TP去除率达到76.21%,产气量最高可达138.77μg/L;硅藻土填料生物强化反应器TP去除率为74.26%,产气量最高可达116.78μg/L。结论 以玉米芯和硅藻土作为生物强化填料强化磷酸盐还原系统较为成功,去除效果较为稳定。 To study the effect of phosphorus removal in phosphate reduction system with organic fillers and solid adsorption fillers,the removal efficiency of TP under different conditions was explored.The phosphate removal rate and phosphine production as indicators,the performance of the phosphate reduction system was analyzed with corn cobs and diatomaceous earth as biofortification fillers in municipal sewage treatment experiments.The results showed that the optimum operating temperature in corn cob filler reactor was 28℃,and in diatomite filler reactor was 31℃.Both reactors were suitable for weak alkali environment,and the optimal pH was 7.5-8.0.Both reactors of the corn cob packing with particle size of 8mm and diatomite packing had the best phosphorus removal capacity and phosphine gas yield.The optimum mixing rate of both reactors with corn cobs and diatomite packing was 30 r/min.The TP removal rate reached 76.21%and 74.26%,respectively.And the maximum of gas production reached 138.77μg/L and 116.78μg/L,respectively.So corn cobs and diatomaceous earth as biofortification fillers can enhance phosphate reduction system and the removal effect of the system is stable.
