职业教育类型属性的内涵意蕴与表征形态 被引量:2

摘要 职业教育的类型属性是将职业教育与普通教育区别开来的重要特征,厘清职业教育类型属性的内在涵义与表现形式,对于推进职业教育类型化发展具有重要意义。目前的研究对于职业教育的类型属性到底是什么以及如何表现的问题尚缺少深入分析。对职业教育类型属性的分析要从职业教育内部入手,从人才培养的基本问题出发,构建职业教育类型属性的系统化表征形态。具体而言,职业教育在为谁培养人、培养什么人、如何培养人、需要什么条件育人等基本问题上与普通教育之间存在明显的差异,进而在育人方向、育人面向、育人目标、人才定位、培养模式、育人过程、制度体系、育人机制等方面表现出不同于普通教育的类型属性特征。 The type attribute of vocational education is an important feature that distinguishes voca⁃tional education from general education.Clarifying the internal meaning and manifestation of the type at⁃tribute of vocational education is of great significance for promoting the development of vocational edu⁃cation.At present,there is a lack of in-depth analysis on the types and attributes of vocational educa⁃tion and how they are expressed.The analysis of the type attribute of vocational education should start from the inside of vocational education and the basic problems of talent training to build a systematic representation of the type attribute of vocational education.Specifically,vocational education has obvi⁃ous differences with general education on the basic issues of educating people.In addition,vocational education shows different type attribute characteristics from general education in terms of the direction,orientation,goal,orientation,mode,process,system,and mechanism of educating people.
