深度老龄化背景下的家庭养老功能重塑及路径研究

On the Remodeling and Path of Family Pension Function in the Context of Deep Aging

作为社会最基本的组织单位,家庭在满足老人经济支持、生活照护、精神慰藉等养老需求中发挥着重要作用,是其他养老模式所无法替代的。然而,伴随着家庭结构趋向小型化、人口跨区域流动、思想观念转变等社会变迁,传统的家庭养老功能逐渐式微,并呈现加速弱化的趋势。因此,在厘清家庭养老功能变迁轨迹的基础上,可对我国家庭养老现实困境进行剖析,并提出有利于家庭养老功能重塑的对策建议,以期为缓解我国老龄化压力、促进家庭关系健康发展和构建和谐社会提供参考借鉴。

The most basic organizational unit of the society,families play an important role in meeting the pension needs of the elderly such as economic support,health care and spiritual comfort,which cannot be replaced by other pension models.However,with the social changes such as the miniaturization of family structure,cross-regional population flow and ideological change,the traditional family pension function gradually declines and shows a trend of accelerated weakening.On the basis of clarifying the change track of family pension function,this paper deeply analyzes the realistic dilemma of family pension in China and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions conducive to the remodeling of family pension function in order to provide reference for alleviating the pressure of aging in our country,promote the healthy development of family relations and build a harmonious society as well.
