摘要
大学生职业生涯规划课程思政建设既是三全育人应有之义,也是课程内在价值之需。当前生涯规划课程存在教师课程思政教学能力弱、教学内容重心失衡及课程思政评价体系不完善等问题,需要通过加强教师队伍建设、优化课程思政教学设计、创新教学方式、挖掘课程思政元素及完善课程评价指标等措施,多管齐下地推进课程思政建设,以实现课程价值引领,达到立德树人目标。
The ideological and political education in the career planning curriculum for college students is not only the proper requirements of“three-round education”but also the intrinsic value of the course itself.The current career planning curriculum has problems such as teachers’weak ideological and political teaching ability,imbalance in the focus of teaching content,and imperfect ideological and political evaluation system.It is necessary to promote ideological and political construction of the curriculum through multiple measures,such as strengthening the construction of teachers’team,optimizing the ideological and political teaching design of the curriculum,innovating teaching methods,excavating ideological and political elements of the curriculum,and improving curriculum evaluation indicators,in order to achieve the goal of leading the curriculum value and cultivating moral integrity.
