跨境电商背景下的职业院校财务专业课程内容创新探究

On the Innovation of Financial Professional Course Content in Higher Vocational Colleges under the Background of Cross-border E-commerce

摘要 跨境电商的优质效应促进了跨境电商企业的蓬勃发展,也对企业财务岗位人才的数量与质量提出了新的高要求,但培养相关人才的院校专业设置却相对滞后,因此要将跨境电商产业的新要求融入到会计专业课程内容中,开发与当前跨境电商行业发展所匹配的财务会计实践教学课程。为此,可从师资队伍、人才培养模式、实践教学体系、岗位核心能力、教材改革创新等几方面提出课程设计方面的建议。 The high-quality effect of cross-border e-commerce has promoted the vigorous development of cross-border e-commerce enterprises,and has also put forward new high requirements for the quantity and quality of talents in corporate finance positions.However,the professional settings of colleges and universities that cultivate relevant talents are relatively lagging behind.Therefore,it is necessary to incorporate the new requirements of the cross-border e-commerce industry into the accounting professional curriculum content,and develop practical teaching courses in financial accounting that match the current development of the cross-border e-commerce industry.Therefore,suggestions on curriculum design can be put forward from the following aspects:teacher team,talent cultivation mode,practical teaching system,post core competencies,and textbook reform and innovation.
