摘要
核工业乏燃料后处理产生的废萃取剂危害大,需妥善处置。超临界水氧化(SCWO)技术可以有效处理乏燃料废萃取剂,但在亚临界流体段严重的腐蚀问题限制其应用。对此,在亚临界条件下,以Ni-Cr-Fe合金试样在乏燃料废萃取剂的模拟超临界水氧化反应流出物中进行腐蚀试验,对腐蚀后的试样进行分析,结果表明,NiCr-Fe合金具有优异的抗腐蚀性能,可以作为处理乏燃料废萃取剂超临界水氧化反应器的候选材料。
Waste extractant from reprocessing of spent fuel in nuclear industry are harmful and should be disposed properly.Supercritical water oxidation(SCWO)can be used as an effective method for waste extractant of the spent fuel,but its application is limited by serious corrosion of the subcritical fluid section.Therefore,corrosion test of Ni-Cr-Fe sample in the simulated supercritical water oxidation reaction effluent of spent fuel extractant is carried out under subcritical condition,and the corroded sample is analyzed.The results show that,Ni-Cr-Fe has excellent corrosion resistance and can be used as potential material for treatment of the spent fuel waste extractant of the supercritical water oxidation reactor.
