Research on the Synergy and Integration of Graduate Ideological and Political Education and Professional Talent Training in the New Era

以研究生思想政治教育与专业人才培养的内涵和外延为切入点,从时代要求、国家需求、现实境况以及二者的协调性与一致性等方面分析了二者协同融合的必要性、迫切性和可行性,从制度体系构建、课程体系完善、互学互鉴机制、思政队伍建设、导师能力提升5个方面提出了二者协同融合的方法和路径。

Starting from the connotation and extension of postgraduate ideological and political education and professional talent training,the paper analyzes the synergy and integration of the postgraduates′ideological and political education and professional personnel training from the aspects of the times requirement,the needs of the country,the actual situation and the coordination and consistency of the postgraduates′ideological and political education and professional personnel training.The methods and paths for the synergy and integration of the postgraduates′ideological and political education and professional personnel training are proposed from five aspects:institutional system construction,curriculum system improvement,mutual learning mechanism,ideological and political team building,and mentor ability improvement.
