CFA8125在聚氨酯自结皮泡沫中的应用研究

摘要 采用新型聚氨酯化学发泡剂CFA8125制备了聚氨酯自结皮泡沫,并与水发泡自结皮泡沫进行了对比研究,讨论了发泡剂对泡沫密度、皮层厚度、物理机械性能、阻燃性能、环保性能及工艺性能的影响。结果表明,CFA8125可按照水重量的4倍完全替代水应用于聚氨酯自结皮泡沫中,CFA8125发泡剂制得的泡沫皮层与水发泡相当,泡沫的拉伸强度、撕裂强度、伸长率都比水发泡有所提高,CFA8125可以明显提高泡沫的氧指数;加入CFA8125后,泡沫的TVOC稍有升高,甲醛含量有一定程度的下降。 The novel chemical foaming agent CFA8125 was used to prepare polyurethane integral skin foams,and was compared with the foam prepared using water foaming agent.The effects of foaming agent on foam density,skin thickness,mechanical properties,flame retardant,environmental protection and processability were studied.The results showed that CFA8125 could completely replace water by 4 times the weight of water when applied in polyurethane integral skin foam.The skin foam prepared with CFA8125 foaming agent was similar to that of water foaming system,while the tensile strength,tear strength and elongation of foam were all higher than that of water foaming system.Addtion of CFA8125 could significantly improve the oxygen index,slightly increase the TVOC and decrease the formaldehyde of the foam.
