摘要 由于人防工程在民用建筑中工程量较大,工程建设过程中,常通过巧妙的设计,使战时人防工程和平时地库停车有效结合,既满足了人防规划设计的要求,保障国家战时转换的需要,又减少了地下室平时建设的投入成本,提高地下车库的日常使用效率。在设计过程中,通过合理布置人防分区,根据地下车库的不同位置,设计最合适的人防功能,使地下车库每一平方米都得到有效的利用。在大量民用建造工程中,地下车库和人防工程的结合设计,能减少建设成本,提高地库使用效率。 Due to the large amount of civil construction of civil air defense engineering,the engineering construction process is often through clever design,so that the wartime civil air defense engineering and underground parking in the effective combination,not only meet the requirements of civil air defense planning and design,to ensure the needs of national wartime conversion,but also reduce the investment cost of basement construction in peacetime,improve the daily use efficiency of underground garage.In the design process,through the reasonable layout of civil air defense zone,according to the different positions of underground garage,design the most appropriate civil air defense function,so that every square meter of underground garage can be effectively used.In a large number of civil construction projects,the combined design of underground garage and civil air defense engineering can reduce the construction cost and improve the use efficiency of underground garage.
