示范区建筑关键材料与施工技术研究

Study on key materials and construction technology in Demonstration area

为实现示范区建筑的示范效果,以创新示范区建筑落地优化过程为研究对象,从关键材料与施工技术两个角度出发,通过分析对比材料、改进材料、更换材料以及完善调整施工技术工艺等方法,较好地完成了该示范项目,可为实际工程提供参考。

This paper takes an landing optimization process of buildings in the innovative demonstration area as the research object.It takes an innovative demonstration project in Xiamen as an example from two perspectives of key materials and construction technology.In order to achieve the demonstration effect of the buildings in the demonstration area,from the preliminary research and development to the final project landing,the construction scheme of the demonstration area was sorted out,analyzed and adjusted.During the project,key materials were focused through comparative analysis,material improvement and material replacement.At the same time,the process is adjusted and the construction technology is improved.By these approaches,the architectural design scheme of the demonstration area is optimized,so that the project can be successfully implemented.The paper takes three key materials as examples.Through analysis and induction,this paper summarizes the role of selecting appropriate materials and improving technology study in the construction landing of demonstration area.Study on key materials and constrution technology can also provide reference for other practical projects.
