摘要 随着城市社会经济发展,城市管理对于鲜活时空数据的需求越来越宽泛,使用纸质地图或定制开发专业采集系统的采集方式,已难以满足时空数据快速获取的要求。为此,基于时空GIS、移动互联网、云计算与大数据技术,研究多源时空数据移动采集平台的设计与实现,实现多源时空数据的一体化移动采集,并采用网格化技术实现科学的采集任务分发与管理,使调查采集工作更加规范化、精细化。基于平台可按需快速定制生成采集应用,并支持空间与非空间数据的移动采集,从而节约采集工作完成时间与经费,提升数据现势性与质量,为智慧城市建设提供鲜活的多源时空数据服务。 With the development of urban society and economy,the demand of urban management for fresh spatiotemporal data is becoming wider and wider,the collection method of using paper maps or customized professional collection systems has been difficult to meet the requirements of rapid acquisition of spatiotemporal data.For this reason,based on spatio-temporal GIS,mobile Internet,cloud computing and big data technology,this paper studies the design and implementation of multi-source spatio-temporal data mobile collection platform,realizes the integrated mobile collection of multi-source spatio-temporal data,and uses grid technology to realize scientific collection task distribution and management,making the investigation and collection work more standardized and refined.Based on the platform,the collection application can be quickly customized and generated on demand,and support the mobile collection of spatial and non spatial data,so as to save the completion time and money of the collection work,improve the timeliness and quality of data,provide fresh multi-source space-time data services for the construction of smart cities.
