论王船山对蔡锷军事思想的影响

On Wang Chuanshan’s Influence on Cai E’s Military Thoughts

清末民初,为了寻求推翻清政府封建专制统治、抵御列强侵略的途径,蔡锷努力研习王船山著作,并在王船山全民战争思想、军队建设思想以及战略战术思想等军事思想的影响下,结合新的历史时期的军事形势和特点,先后撰写了《军国民篇》《曾胡治兵语录》《军事计划》等军事著作,在义务兵役制、军队建设、军区制等方面提出了一系列富有创见的军事思想和主张,为推动中国社会的进步和中国近代军事思想的发展做出了不可磨灭的贡献。

In the late Qing Dynasty and the early Republic of China,in order to seek a way to overthrow the feudal autocratic rule of the Qing government and resist the aggression of the great powers,Cai E studied Wang Chuanshan’s works hard.Under the influence of Wang Chuanshan’s military thoughts,such as national war thought,army construction thought,strategic and tactical thought,and com⁃bined with the military characteristics and requirements of the new historical period,he had written military works such as National Ar⁃my,Zeng Guofan and Hu Linyi’s Sayings on Army Management and Military Plans which put forward a series of innovative military ideas and propositions on the whole people’s army,army construction,military district system and so on,which making indelible contri⁃bution to promoting the progress of Chinese history and the development of Chinese modern military thought.
