The Social Function of Sangzhi’s Folk Songs and Its Promotion to Rural Revitalization

桑植民歌以歌述史、以歌叙事、以歌传情、以歌言志、以歌当哭、以歌育人,再现了当地的自然景象、生产方式、生活习俗、道德规范等,是全面反映桑植社会的政治、经济、文化、教育、民族、宗教、道德伦理的一面镜子。桑植民歌主要包括山歌、小调、劳动号子、花灯、风俗礼仪歌、革命歌曲等,具有教化功能、历史文化功能、生态功能、经济功能等。在实施乡村振兴的伟大战略中,研究并利用桑植民歌的社会功能来潜移默化地助推乡村振兴,无疑是切实可行的有效途径之一。

Sangzhi Folk Songs contain various contents such as history and story narration,conveying love message,expressing one’s ideal or grief and educating people.They give an overall display to Sangzhi’s politics,economy,culture,education,nationalities,reli⁃gions and morality by representing the natural landscape,people’s production methods,living customs and moral norms.The genres of Sangzhi’s Folk Songs are so great in a variety,including folk songs,popular tune,work songs,festive lantern,customs and etiquette songs and revolutionary songs that they play the functions of education,history,culture,ecology and economy.To implement China’s strategy of rural revitalization,the research and application of Sangzhi’s Folk Songs’social functions is a feasible and effective ap⁃proach to the boost of rural revitalization.
