幸福劳动的教育意蕴与设计策略——基于主体需要的视角

摘要 满足主体需要是幸福的必要条件。根据主体需要的内容可将其划分为物质的需要、精神的需要以及交往的需要。主体需要视域下幸福劳动的教育意蕴也应包括三个方面:符合学生的物质需要、契合学生的精神需要、适合学生的交往需要,因此,教育者应从主体需要的内容出发,积极探索幸福劳动的设计策略:一是彰显时代性,立足学生未来发展的需求;二是突出人本性,全程贯彻以学生为本的理念;三是把握系统性,均衡满足不同维度的需要;四是赓续传统,兼顾传统劳动与现代劳动。 To meet the needs of the subject is a necessary condition for happiness.According to the content of the subject needs,it can be divided into material needs,spiritual needs and communication needs.Therefore,from the perspective of the subject needs,the edu⁃cational implication of happy labor should include:to meet students’material needs,spiritual needs,and social needs.Educators should start from the characteristics of the subject needs and actively explore the design strategy of happy labor.Firstly,highlighting the modernity and based on the needs of students’future development.The second is to highlight human nature and fully implement the student-centered concept throughout the process.The third is to grasp systematicness and balance the needs of different dimen⁃sions.And the fourth is to continue tradition and balance traditional labor with modern labor.
