清胃祛湿汤联合四联疗法治疗Hp相关性胃炎消化不良患者的效果

Effect of Qingwei Qushi Decoction Combined with Quadruple Therapy in the Treatment of Patients with Hp-related Gastritis Dyspepsia

目的:探讨清胃祛湿汤联合四联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌(Hp)相关性胃炎消化不良患者的效果。方法:将当阳市中医医院2020年1月—2022年4月收治的122例Hp相关性胃炎消化不良患者,按照随机数表法分为观察组和对照组,各61例。对照组予以四联疗法(雷贝拉唑肠溶片+阿莫西林胶囊+呋喃唑酮+胶体果胶铋胶囊)治疗,观察组在对照组基础上予以清胃祛湿汤治疗。治疗14 d后,评估两组的临床疗效、中医症候积分、Hp根除率及炎症水平。结果:观察组总有效率为95.08%,高于对照组的81.97%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗14 d后,观察组口干口苦、恶心呕吐、食欲不振、胃脘胀满、嗳气泛酸症状评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗14 d后,观察组Hp根除率为73.77%,高于对照组的55.74%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗14 d后,观察组肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:清胃祛湿汤联合四联疗法治疗Hp相关性胃炎消化不良患者有助于减轻炎症反应,提高Hp根除率,增强临床疗效,缓解临床症状。

Objective:To investigate the effect of Qingwei Qushi Decoction combined with quadruple therapy in the treatment on patients with Helicobacter pylori(Hp)-related gastritis dyspepsia.Method:A total of 122 patients with Hp-related gastritis dyspepsia admitted in Dangyang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to April 2022 were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,with 61 cases in each group.The control group was treated with quadruple therapy(Rabeprazole Enteric Coated Tablets+Amoxicillin Capsules+Furazolidone+Colloidal Pectin Bismuth Capsules),while the observation group was treated with Qingwei Qushi Decoction on the basis of the control group.After 14 days of treatment,the clinical efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores,Hp eradication rate,and inflammation level of the two groups were evaluated.Result:The total effective rate in the observation group was 95.08%,which was higher than 81.97%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 14 d of treatment,the symptom scores of dry mouth,bitter mouth,nausea,vomiting,anorexia,epigastric fullness,belching,and pantothenic acid in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 14 d of treatment,the Hp eradication rate in the observation group was 73.77%,which was higher than 55.74%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 14 d of treatment,the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-1β(IL-1β),interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-8(IL-8)in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of Hp-related gastritis dyspepsia with Qingwei Qushi Decoction combined with quadruple therapy can help alleviate inflammatory reactions,improve Hp eradication rate,enhance clinical efficacy,and alleviate clinical symptoms.
