超声乳化白内障吸除+人工晶状体植入术联合囊袋张力环治疗晶状体半脱位的效果

Effect of Phacoemulsification and Intraocular Lens Implantation Combined with Capsular Tension Ring in the Treatment of Lens Subluxation

目的:探讨超声乳化白内障吸除+人工晶状体植入术(Phaco+IOL)联合囊袋张力环(CTR)治疗晶状体半脱位的效果。方法:选取2018年1月—2022年1月平果市人民医院收治的96例晶状体半脱位患者。根据简单随机化方法将其分为对照组和观察组,各48例。观察组实施Phaco+IOL联合CTR治疗,对照组实施Phaco+IOL治疗。比较两组术前、术后3个月视力、眼压、生活质量,术后并发症。结果:术后3个月两组视力明显提升,眼压显著下降,且观察组视力高于对照组,眼压低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后3个月,两组生理功能、躯体疼痛、社会功能、精神健康、活力、生理职能、情感职能、总体健康评分均明显升高,且观察组生理功能、躯体疼痛、社会功能、精神健康、活力、生理职能、情感职能、总体健康评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:Phaco+IOL联合CTR治疗晶状体半脱位可实现良好的眼压控制效果,改善患者视力,降低术后并发症发生率,全面提高患者生活质量。

Objective:To investigate the effect of phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation(Phaco+IOL)combined with capsular tension ring(CTR)in the treatment of lens subluxation.Method:A total of 96 patients with lens subluxation admitted to Pingguo People's Hospital from January 2018 to January 2022 were selected.According to the simple randomization method,they were divided into control group and observation group,48 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with Phaco+IOL combined with CTR,and the control group was treated with Phaco+IOL.The visual acuity and intraocular pressure quality of life before and 3 months after operation,and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Result:Three months after operation,the visual acuity of the two groups was significantly improved,and the intraocular pressure was significantly decreased,and the visual acuity of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the intraocular pressure was lower than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Three months after operation,the scores of physical function,physical pain,social function,mental health,vitality,role physical,emotional function and overall health of the two groups were significantly increased,and the scores of physical function,physical pain,social function,mental health,vitality,role physical,emotional function and overall health of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Phaco+IOL combined with CTR in the treatment of lens subluxation can achieve good intraocular pressure control effect,improve the patients'visual acuity,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,and comprehensively improve the patients'quality of life.
