专职护理管理在慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并呼吸衰竭患者中的应用

Application of Professional Nursing Management in Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease Combined with Respiratory Failure

目的:探究专职护理管理在慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并呼吸衰竭患者中的应用。方法:以2019年3月—2021年3月无锡市人民医院抽取的78例慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并呼吸衰竭患者作为研究对象,依照临床系统软件随机分为两组,各39例。对照组、观察组分别应用常规护理和专职护理管理,比较两组患者干预前后心、肺功能指标变化、生命质量及护理质量。结果:干预后,观察组心、肺功能指标均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,观察组组生命质量评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,观察组护理质量评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:给予慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并呼吸衰竭患者专职护理管理干预,可提升患者生命质量,改善心、肺功能指标,提高护理质量,利于患者早日康复。

Objective:To explore the application of professional nursing management in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease combined with respiratory failure.Method:A total of 78 patients with with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease combined with respiratory failure from March 2019 to March 2021 in Wuxi People's Hospital were selected as research objects,and they were randomly divided into two groups by clinical system software,39 cases in each group.The control group and the observation group were applied routine care and professional nursing management,respectively.The changes of cardiac and lung function indexes,quality of life and nursing care before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Result:After intervention,the cardiac and lung function indexes in the observation group were better than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the life quality scores of observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the nursing quality scores of the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Giving professional nursing management intervention to patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease combined with respiratory failure can improve the quality of life of patients,improve the heart and lung function indicators,improve the quality of nursing,which is conducive to the early recovery of patients.
