磁圆梅针配合温针灸治疗肩周炎的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Ciyuanmei Acupuncture Combined with Warm Acupuncture on Scapulohumeral Periarthritis

目的:研究磁圆梅针配合温针灸在肩周炎治疗中的应用价值。方法:选取2020年7月—2022年2月山西省针灸医院针灸二科收治的138例肩周炎患者为研究对象,按照随机数表法将其分为对照组和研究组,各69例,对照组采取常规药物治疗,研究组在对照组基础上采取磁圆梅针配合温针灸疗法。比较两组疗效、肩关节功能评分、肩关节内旋、外旋活动度,日常生活能力、C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平以及视觉疼痛模拟评分法(VAS)评分。结果:研究组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗14 d后,两组肩关节功能评分量表(CMS)评分、肩关节内旋、外旋活动度,日常生活能力量表(ADL)评分均明显高于治疗前,且研究组均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗14 d后,两组VAS评分,CRP、IL-6水平均明显低于治疗前,且研究组均明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:磁圆梅针配合温针灸能够提高肩周炎患者的治疗效果和日常生活能力,降低疼痛程度及炎症水平,改善肩关节功能和肩关节活动度。

Objective:To study the application value of ciyuanmei acupuncture combined with warm acupuncture in the treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis.Method:A total of 138 patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis admitted to the Second Department of Acupuncture and Moxibustion of Shanxi Provincial Acupuncture and Moxibustion Hospital from July 2020 to February 2022 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group and study group according to random number table method,with 69 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional drugs.On the basis of the control group,the study group was treated with ciyuanmei acupuncture combined with warm acupuncture.The curative effect,shoulder joint function score,shoulder joint internal rotation,external rotation range of motion,daily living ability,C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6)level and visual analogue scale(VAS)score were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 14 days of treatment,Constant-Murley score(CMS)score,internal rotation and external rotation of shoulder joint,activity of daily living scale(ADL)score in two groups were significantly higher than those of before treatment,and the study group were significantly higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 14 days of treatment,VAS score,CRP and IL-6 levels in two groups were significantly lower than those of before treatment,and the study group were significantly lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ciyuanmei acupuncture combined with warm acupuncture can improve the therapeutic effect and daily living ability of patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis,reduce the pain and inflammation level,and improve the shoulder joint function and range of motion.
