电解铝企业节能降碳应对策略探讨

摘要 在当前“碳中和、碳达峰”目标背景下,针对当前电解铝行业碳排放较高的问题,分析电解铝企业碳盘查的主要关注点,包括碳核算边界的确定、核算范围及方法、碳排放管理等,并结合当前电解铝企业的发展情况,提出提升清洁能源比例、使用高品质预焙阳极、升级改造现有槽型、节能技术创新、加强生产管理、建立碳排放管理体系、加大废铝回收利用等应对策略,探讨促进电解铝节能降碳高质量发展的路径。 In the background of the current goal of“carbon neutrality and carbon peak”,in view of the current high carbon emissions in the electrolytic aluminum industry,the main concerns of carbon inventory inspection in electrolytic aluminum enterprises were analyzed,including the determination of carbon accounting boundaries,accounting scope and methods,carbon emissions management,etc.In combination with the current development of electrolytic aluminum enterprises,it was proposed to increase the proportion of clean energy,use high-quality prebaked anode,upgrade and transform existing cell types,innovate energy-saving technologies,strengthen production management,establish a carbon emission management system,increase waste aluminum recycling and other coping strategies,so as to promote energy-saving,carbon reduction,and high-quality development of electrolytic aluminum.
