摘要
中置轴拖车是车轴置于车辆重心(当车辆均匀受载时)的后面,并且装有可将水平和垂直力传递到牵引车的连接装置的挂车。本文通过对一款自行开发、用于解决摩托车及相关货物拖运、采用杠杆结构的中置轴拖车的设计方案、主要参数、结构原理、设计优化等方面的研究,推出一款即省力又装卸方便的乘用车牵引的中置轴拖车。通过采用SOLIDWORKS三维设计软件进行拖车建模,用ANSYS仿真软件对本结构主要部件进行有限元分析,对强度、刚度进行验证及结构的优化,提高研制拖车的可靠性。
The centre-axle trailer is a trailer whose axle is placed behind the center of gravity of the vehicle(when the vehicle is uniformly loaded)and is equipped with a connecting device that can transmit horizontal and vertical forces to the tractor.Through the research on the design scheme,main parameters,structural principle,design optimization and other aspects of a self-developed center-axle trailer that is used to solve the problem of motorcycle and related goods hauling and uses lever structure,this paper introduces a center-axle trailer that is both labor-saving and convenient for loading and unloading.Through the use of SOLIDWORKS 3D design software to model the trailer,the finite element analysis of the main components of the structure is carried out with ANSYS simulation software,the strength and stiffness are verified and the structure is optimized to improve the reliability of the trailer.
