车用空压机曲轴降成本结构优化动力学分析

摘要 目前车用空压机产品行业竞争日益加剧,降低产品价格对加大产品市场占有率具有较大优势。本文对车用空压机的核心零件曲轴进行结构优化设计与研究,较大的减低曲轴零件的自身重量,从而实现曲轴零件材料成本的降低。应用有限元分析软件对曲轴连杆系统建立有限元模型,进行实际工况下的动力学仿真研究,对比分析曲轴零件优化前后结构的应力值,从而保证曲轴降成本结构优化设计的可行性。 At present,the competition in the vehicle air compressor industry is becoming increasingly fierce,reducing the price of products has a great advantage in increasing the market share of the product.In this paper,The crankshaft is optimized design and researched on structure,in which is the core parts of the vehicle air compressor,the weight of the crankshaft part was reduced greatly,so as to reduce the material cost of the crankshaft part.The finite element analysis software is used to establish the finite element model of the crankshaft connecting rod system,The crankshaft structure was analyzed dynamically under actual working conditions,and the stress values of the crankshaft structure before and after optimization were compared and analyzed,so as to ensure that the optimized design of the cost reducing crankshaft structure was feasible.
