摘要 为应对气候变化,支持绿色发展,新能源汽车成为了交通运输行业实现脱碳减排的重点,但传统燃油汽车市场优势依旧巨大。如何让消费者关注、接受、购买和使用新能源汽车,是政府和厂商共同面临的重要课题。为了解决此问题,有必要研究消费者对电动汽车的偏好。互联网时代,用户在线评论已经成为衡量商品价值的重要标准之一。本文介绍目前基于在线评论的消费者偏好研究现状,探讨基于在线评论分析新能源汽车用户偏好的应用前景。 To cope with climate change and support green development,new energy vehicles have become the focus of the transportation industry to achieve decarbonization and emission reduction,but the market advantage of traditional fuel vehicles is still huge.How to make consumers pay attention to,accept,purchase and use new energy vehicles is an important issue faced by both the government and manufacturers.In order to solve this problem,it is necessary to study consumers'preference for electric vehicles.In the Internet era,user online reviews have become one of the important criteria to measure the value of goods.This paper introduces the current status of consumer preference research based on online reviews and discusses the application prospects of analyzing user preferences of new energy vehicles based on online reviews.
