摘要 轻量化手段一般从三方面入手:材料轻量化、工艺轻量化、结构轻量化。通常,新材料、新工艺都或多或少会带来成本的上浮,在产品售价已定的情况下,成本目标及控制是开发的核心指标。为此,本文研究基于料厚组合优化的轻量化,通过对某车型开发过程中的白车身料厚组合优化的经验总结,来实现基于传统钣金结构和工艺,在不增加成本前提下的轻量化设计方法的研究和提炼。 Lightweight methods include three aspects:material lightweight,process lightweight,lightweight structure.In general,new material and new process will lead to cost rise,in the case of product price is fixed,cost goal is the core index.Therefore,the subject of this study is based on material thickness optimization of lightweight,new materials and technology is out of the discussion.This article summarizes the experience of the thickness combination optimization of white body in the development of a SUV to implement lightweight design method research and refining based on the traditional sheet metal structure and process,without any increase in cost.
