近年来,经济高速增长和资源消耗、气候变暖、环境污染的矛盾日益显著。因此,倡导低碳环保既是为了应对环境恶化的新型生活方式,也是我国应对日益突出的环境问题的重要解决手段和促进我国生态文明建设的重要途径。交通运输行业是低碳循环发展的重要领域,但由于碳排放市场尚未完全形成,导致生态环境协调发展出现不平衡现象,特别是在公路建设过程中,会不同程度地破坏自然环境,因此,为确保公路建设期间环保工作取得实效,促进人与自然和谐共生,本文对绿色公路建设与循环发展的必要性进行了阐述,并对此进行了探讨与分析。

In recent years,the contradiction between rapid economic growth and resource consumption,climate warming and environmental pollution has become increasingly significant.Therefore,advocating low-carbon environmental protection is not only a new way of life to cope with environmental degradation,but also an important solution to China's increasingly prominent environmental problems and an important way to promote the construction of ecological civilization in China.The transportation industry is an important area of low-carbon cycle development.However,due to the carbon emission market has not yet been fully formed,the coordinated development of the ecological environment is unbalanced.Especially in the process of highway construction,the natural environment will be destroyed to varying degrees.Therefore,in order to ensure that the environmental protection work during highway construction is effective and promote the harmonious coexistence of man and nature,the necessity of green highway construction and circular development is expounded,discussed and analyzed.
