公路交通与能源融合实践模式探究

Research on Practical Mode of Integration of Highway Transportation and Energy

目前公路交通与能源融合项目的投资、建设、运营存在盈利模式不清晰、交通侧能源侧要求不明确、政策机制不完善等方面的问题,严重制约了公路交通与能源融合项目的发展。针对上述问题,本文以示范项目为依托,开展了政策机制、安全环境、标准体系、运维模式、关键技术、解决方案的探索研究,形成可复制的公路交通与能源融合项目投建营模式,推动交能融合行业高质量快速发展。

At present,there are some problems in the investment,construction and operation of highway transportation and energy integration project,such as unclear profit model,unclear energy demand and imperfect policy mechanism,etc.,which seriously restricts the development of highway transportation and energy integration projects.In the light of the above-mentioned problems,based on the demonstration project,the exploration and research on policy mechanism,safety environment,standard system,operation and maintenance mode,key technologies and solutions have been carried out to form a replicable mode of construction of highway transportation and energy integration projects,and promote the rapid development of high-quality transportation and energy integration industry.
