开放式高速公路收费站集约化管理模式研究——“收费站+”服务模式探索

随着国家综合立体交通网的逐步完善,高速公路运营的市场竞争日渐激烈,要谋求运营企业的长远发展,就必须夯实长效发展基础,打破现有同质化竞争藩篱,积极探索多元化发展方向,形成同业间的差异化竞争优势。本文基于融合发展理论分析,结合高速公路收费站开放式服务与集约化管理理念,充分考虑收费站房利用率,创造性提出“收费站+”服务模式,并以泸州东南高速公路发展有限公司蓝田收费站为例,提出“收费站+驿站”服务模式探索实践,同时提出通过深挖品牌内涵、寻求多方合作、借助新媒体,孵化新网红、顺应市场需求、拓宽宣传渠道等“收费站+”实施路径,为高速公路运营企业谋求差异化竞争优势和探索多元化服务发展路径提供坚实基础。

With the gradual improvement of the national comprehensive three-dimensional transportation network,the market competition of highway operation is becoming increasingly fierce.In order to seek the long-term development of the operation enterprises,we must consolidate the long-term development foundation,break the existing homogeneous competition barriers,actively explore the diversified development direction,and form the differentiated competitive advantage between the industry.Based on the theoretical analysis of integrated development,combined with the open service and intensive management concept of expressway toll station,and fully considering the utilization rate of toll station,this paper creatively proposed the"toll station+"service mode,and took Lantian toll station of Luzhou Southeast Expressway Development Co.,Ltd.as an example,proposed the"toll station+post"service mode exploration and practice.At the same time,it puts forward the implementation path of"toll station+"through deep exploration of brand connotation,seeking multi-party cooperation,using new media,incubating new Internet celebrities,adapting to market demand,broadening publicity channels,etc.,to provide a solid foundation for highway operation enterprises to seek differentiated competitive advantages and explore diversified service development paths.
