摘要
常规动力学仿真计算无法预测车轮磨耗状态。以C80型敞车为例,通过建立整车系统动力学模型,提取轮轨接触点在车轮上的位置累加带宽图,比较不同车轮踏面的磨耗状态,并与实际运用情况对比。采用带宽图统计方法评价结果与大秦线和神朔线车轮磨耗实际调研结果一致。采用带宽图可以分析车轮磨耗的具体位置,评价车轮不同位置的磨耗速率,能比较准确地评价车轮长期运用的磨耗状态。
Conventional dynamics simulation calculations cannot predict the wheel wear state.Taking the C80 type open good wagon as an example,by establishing the wagon system dynamics model and extracting the cumulative bandwidth graph of the wheel-rail contact points on the wheels,the paper compares the wear states of different wheel profiles,and compares with the actual operation.The data obtained by the bandwidth graph statistical method shows that the results are consistent with the actual research results of wheel wear on the Datong-Qinhuangdao Rail⁃way and Shenmu-Shuozhou Railway.This indicates that the bandwidth graph can analyze the specific locations of wheel wear,evaluate the speed of wheel wear at different locations,and evaluate the wear status of wheel wear in long-term use more accurately.
