摘要
参考TB/T 1335—1996《铁道车辆强度设计及试验鉴定规范》,设计GCY-600重型轨道车车体。介绍GCY-600重型轨道车车体结构。基于有限元分析方法,建立GCY-600重型轨道车车体仿真分析模型,对车体强度进行仿真分析。依据TB/T 2541—2010《机车车体静强度试验规范》和TB/T 1335—1996的要求,对仿真结果进行分析判断。结果表明,GCY-600重型轨道车车体强度符合相关标准要求。
Refer to TB/T 1335—1996 Specification for the design and test evaluation of railway vehicle strength,the car body of GCY-600 heavy track car is designed.The structure of the car body of GCY-600 heavy track car is intro⁃duced.Based on the finite element analysis method,a simulation analysis model of the car body ofGCY-600 heavy track car was established,and the strength of the car body was simulated and analyzed.According to the requirements of TB/T 2541—2010 Desel and electric locomotive car body structure strength test specification and TB/T 1335—1996,the simulation results were analysed and judged.The results show that the strength and vertical bending stiffness of the car body of GCY-600 heavy track car meet the relevant standards and application requirements.
