轨枕螺栓冲击扳手用气弹簧四连杆平衡装置设计

摘要 针对铁路线路养护作业中用于轨枕螺栓松紧的内燃冲击扳手自重大、手持移动不便引起的作业劳动强度大、作业效率低和作业质量得不到保证的问题,利用平行四边形机构和气弹簧,设计一种轨枕螺栓扳手用气弹簧四连杆平衡装置,并建模、装配和应用。应用效果表明,在保持内燃冲击扳手竖直姿态的情况下,可实现自重20 kg冲击扳手的上下移动,从而使作业人员轻松完成松紧轨枕螺栓作业,大幅降低劳动强度,提高作业效率。 Internal combustion impact wrench is used to loosen or tighten the sleeper bolt in railway line mainte⁃nance.Aiming at the problems of high labor intensity,low efficiency and unguaranteed operation quality caused by the heavy weight of internal combustion impact wrench and handheld mobile internal combustion impact wrench,air spring four-connecting rod balancing device of wrench for sleeper bolt is designed by means of parallelogram mecha⁃nism and air spring.Model,assembly and application are carried out.The application results show that the impact wrench with 20 kg self-weight may be moved up and down while maintaining the vertical posture of the internal com⁃bustion impact wrench,so that the operators can easily finish operation of loosening and tightening sleeper bolt,the la⁃bor intensity is greatly reduced and the working efficiency is greatly improved.
