碳酸钠对黄铜矿与辉钼矿分散行为的影响机制 被引量:3

摘要 为了探明碳酸钠促进黄铜矿(CuFeS_(2))和辉钼矿(MoS_(2))分散的机制,采用沉降试验、溶液化学分析、红外检测、Zeta电位测试、DLVO理论分析等手段研究了碳酸钠(Na_(2)CO_(3))对黄铜矿与辉钼矿分散行为的影响.沉降试验结果表明:黄铜矿、辉钼矿以及混合矿(黄铜矿与辉钼矿质量比为1∶1)的分散率受pH值与碳酸钠用量的影响,当未添加碳酸钠时,分散率随着pH值的升高而升高,但远小于理想状态(50%),表现出同相或异相凝聚行为;加入碳酸钠后,黄铜矿、辉钼矿及混合矿的分散率得到显著提升.黏度试验与浮选试验结果表明:碳酸钠可以显著降低铜钼实际矿的矿浆黏度,提高钼精矿的浮选指标.溶液化学分析、红外检测、Zeta电位测试与DLVO理论分析表明:碳酸钠主要通过溶液中CO^(2)_(3)化学吸附在黄铜矿和辉钼矿表面,降低二者表面电位,增大二者同相或异相之间的静电斥力,从而达到改善分散效果的目的. The dispersion of chalcopyrite(CuFeS_(2)) and molybdenite(MoS_(2)) was improved with the addition of sodium carbonate(Na_(2)CO_(3)) in pulp. The effect of Na_(2)CO_(3)on the dispersion behavior of CuFeS_(2)and MoS_(2)was investigated using settling testing,solution chemical analysis,infrared detection,zeta potential testing,DLVO theoretical analysis,etc. The results of the settling tests show that the dispersion rates of CuFeS_(2),MoS_(2),and mixed ores(CuFeS_(2)/MoS_(2)mass 1∶1) are influenced by the pH and amount of Na_(2)CO_(3). Without Na_(2)CO_(3),the dispersion rates increased with pH,but much less than that of the ideal state(50%),indicating a homogeneous or heterogeneous cohesive behavior. After Na_(2)CO_(3)addition,the dispersion rates of CuFeS_(2),MoS_(2),and mixed ores are significantly enhanced. Viscosity and flotation tests show that Na_(2)CO_(3)could significantly reduce the pulp viscosity of Cu—Mo ore and improve the flotation index of Mo. The solution chemical analysis,infrared detection,zeta potential testing,and DLVO theoretical analysis indicate that Na_(2)CO_(3)is mainly chemisorbed on CuFeS_(2)and MoS_(2)through in solution,which reduces their surface potential and increases the electrostatic repulsion between them in the same or different phases,thereby improving the dispersion effect.
