摘要
为提升ZTC4钛合金铸件的力学性能及组织稳定性,开展不同热处理状态对ZTC4钛合金的组织、性能影响研究。通过对铸件附铸试样分别进行铸态、退火、热等静压、热等静压+退火等四种状态的处理,并分别进行金相组织分析和力学性能检测。分析和检测结果表明,热等静压+退火状态下的合金α相与β相明显生长,虽然抗拉强度、屈服强度较铸态和退火态略低,但均超过了标准规定值,且塑性最好,性能波动最小,ZTC4钛合金铸件选用热等静压+退火的处理工艺合理。
In order to improve the mechanical properties and microstructure stability of ZTC4 titanium alloy castings,the effects of different heat treatment states on the microstructure and properties of ZTC4 titanium alloy castings were studied.The casting sample were treated in four states:as-cast,annealed,hot isostatic pressing and hot isostatic pressing+annealed,and metallographic structure analysis and mechanical property testing were carried out respectively.Analysis and detection results show that,Theαandβphases of the alloy grow obviously under the condition of hot isostatic pressing and annealing,Although the tensile strength and yield strength are slightly lower than those of the as-cast and annealed states,but they both exceed the standard requirements,and have the best plasticity and the least fluctuation in performance.The hot isostatic pressing and annealing process of ZTC4 titanium alloy castings is reasonable.
