摘要
为了满足耐低温摇枕、侧架铸钢件的-60℃低温冲击韧度要求,在国产B+级钢的生产工艺基础上,调整化学成分、加入稀土,以达到净化钢液,细化晶粒的目的,并获得-60℃低温冲击韧度值大于16.7 J/cm^(2)的合格铸件。
In order to meet the requirements of low temperature impact toughness of side frame cast steel,based on the production process of domestic grade B+steel,the chemical composition is adjusted and rare earth is added to purify liquid steel and refine grain,and qualified castings with impact toughness greater than 16.7 J/cm^(2) at -60℃ are obtained.
