基于砂芯3D打印技术的整体气缸盖铸件开发

摘要 为加快开发进度,降低开发成本,在整体气缸盖开发过程中,采用3D打印砂芯进行样件试制。由于形成该缸盖内腔的水套砂芯单薄,为降低试制失败风险,采用A、B两个打印厂家的砂芯进行试验开发。对两个生产厂家的3D打印试块抗拉强度、发气量、发气速度、高温性能等参数进行了对比检测,制定3D打印砂芯生产样件的试制工艺方案,在第一次试制结果基础上采取了优化措施,制定了多重方案进行试制,从而得到合格铸件。 In order to speed up the development progress and reduce the development cost,in the whole cylinder head development process,3D printing sand core is used for sample trial production.Because the water jacket sand core forming the inner cavity of the cylinder head is thin,in order to reduce the risk of trial production failure,the sand core of two printing manufacturers A and B is used for test development.The parameters of tensile strength,gas generation,gas generation speed and high temperature performance of 3D printed test blocks from two manufacturers were compared and tested,and the trial-production process plan of 3D printed sand core production samples was developed.Based on the results of the first trial-production,optimization measures were taken and multiple schemes were formulated for trial-production,so as to obtain qualified castings.
